Security
Retention, storage, and third parties
Data is stored with access controls, authentication protections, role-based permissions, audit logging, and security measures appropriate for the service. Retention follows legal, tax, billing, support, fraud-prevention, and operational requirements.
ComKey POS may use trusted service providers for hosting, email, payments, analytics, AI, support, and security. Where integrations such as Safaricom M-Pesa, Paystack, Pesapal, Brevo, or AI services are used, necessary data may be shared to complete the requested workflow.
You are responsible for assigning staff permissions carefully, removing users who should no longer have access, and keeping account credentials secure.

Your data rights
Access
Request access to personal data associated with your account, subject to verification.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Export
Request export of eligible business or personal data where technically and legally possible.
Deletion
Request deletion where retention is not required for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
